Below are my two favorite reasons to visit Perth: That's Yvette on the left, and Mel on the right.
These are Yvette's parents and grandparents, her brother Garth, plus a friend of the family. We all had a lovely dinner together. Must do it again sometime!

Fremantle was home to the yacht Australia II, which won the America's Cup back in the '80s. Still is, too, for it has a home in the Maritime Museum, which I visited. The guys crewing it now are dummies. We won't go into what the Americans called them at the time...
